ABOUT ROCKET MULTISPORT

Rocket coaches work together with their athletes to determine limiters, and then purposefully target training and resources to measurably improve performance. We focus on:

  • Athlete education

  • Regular, personal communication

  • A holistic approach to the athlete as a person

  • Encouraging athlete ownership of their training and performance

My goal was to just PR. Kurt assured me I could do that, and by more than I expected. Of course he was right; in the end, I beat my previous race time by over 12 minutes and my PR by over 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have gotten there without Kurt’s guidance and support.
